Tracy Archibald

I specialise in helping individuals with bereavement, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

In our work together, I provide a warm, non-judgemental space to help you understand yourself better and take meaningful steps to find growth, healing, and lasting change.

I practice Gestalt counselling which focuses on what’s affecting you in the here and now. Start with a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide if I’m the right counsellor for you.

I’m a registered member of BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Therapy. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Gestalt Counselling, along with certifications in Humanistic Counselling and Counselling Skills.

My approach is relational, grounded in Gestalt Therapy, which emphasises awareness, personal responsibility, and the importance of the present moment. I believe that by exploring how past experiences shape your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, we can uncover patterns and work towards healing. This approach allows us to focus on what’s happening in your life right now and use that awareness to create positive change.
